Transparent Fee Structure
Manchester International School follows a transparent and clearly communicated fee policy across all its programmes, including M-Kids, CBSE Primary, CBSE Middle School, CBSE Secondary and Senior Secondary, and the NIOS Programme. The latest programme-wise fee structure for the applicable academic year is prominently displayed at the school and may also be obtained from the Admissions or Accounts Department.
Parents are requested to pay the prescribed school fees within the communicated due dates to support the smooth and uninterrupted functioning of academics, student services, administration, facilities, and other operational areas. Fees may vary according to the programme, grade level, academic resources, facilities, and services provided.
Charges for optional services such as school transport, food, educational tours, activities, uniforms, books, and other paid services are additional and must be paid separately based on the services selected or used by the student.
All payments must be made only through the official bank accounts of Manchester International School using payment details formally provided by the school. Parents should not make payments to personal accounts, unauthorised representatives, or third-party channels. An official receipt will be issued for every confirmed payment, ensuring transparency, security, and accountability throughout the fee-payment process.

Manchester International School offers flexible payment schedules to support families in planning and managing school fee payments conveniently. The applicable fee schedule, instalment options, payment deadlines, and other terms are confirmed before enrolment and clearly specified in the Enrolment Agreement.
Parents may pay school fees through secure online payment options, including direct transfer to the school’s official bank account, the authorised QR code displayed at the school, the school’s online parent portal, and the official Android and Apple mobile applications. Payment instructions and verified bank details are shared only through authorised school communication channels.
Parents are requested to use only the official payment methods approved by the school and avoid transferring fees to personal accounts, unauthorised representatives, or unverified QR codes. After completing the payment, parents should enter or share the required transaction details through the designated portal or application to enable verification and receipt generation.
All payments are subject to the timelines and conditions stated in the Enrolment Agreement. Timely payment helps ensure the smooth continuation of academics, student services, facilities, transport, food services, activities, and other school operations. An official digital or printed receipt will be issued after payment confirmation, ensuring transparency, security, and accountability.
